The stylish, spacious holiday apartments at the farm Niedereggerhof, a farm with a long tradition, are located directly on a well-groomed ski slope at the legendary Plan de Corones. Get up in the morning, enjoy a rich breakfast and immediately hit the slopes without transfers and carrying sports equipment. Our family-run farm on the Plan de Corones has been lovingly restored, and we have given special attention to the needs of families.
Fun on the slopes at Plan de Corones
In the winter, the local mountain of Valdaora, the Plan de Corones, offers plenty of action. In addition to the regular daily operation for ski and snowboard lovers, also the annual action-packed Red Bull Ski Cross takes place here. Another spectacular happening in the winter is the internationally renowned European Toboggan Championships. The rest of the winter is somewhat quieter, but certainly not boring. Cross-country skiing across the fabulous winter wonderland, snowshoeing in glittering forests, moonlight tobogganing and ice skating are popular winter activities that take place right outside the front door of your holiday apartment on the farm Niedereggerhof. About 30 ski lifts lead to the slopes at Plan de Corones, Piz da Peres or San Vigilio.
For night owls, the après-ski bars in the valley are open until late into the night, offering dancing and partying.
Childcare on the magic carpet
The fitting winter gear for perfect snow fun is available at the ski rental in Valdaora, just as ice skates, toboggans and cross-country skis. Special children’s slopes and toboggan runs with day care service have been set up for the kids, so Mom and Dad can hit the slopes alone. To protect your ski and snowboard equipment from the elements, on our farm on the Plan de Corones we offer a heated ski storage.

Our ski lodge , located right next to the downhill slope Valdaora, is an ideal destination where you may spend many happy hours and enjoy delicious snacks and homemade Tyrolean specialities.
Since 2014, the ski lodge next to the private quarters also offers two approx. 30 square meter apartments on the second floor, which offer space for up to four persons. The apartments can be booked all year round for your well-deserved vacation.
After an exciting day of skiing, in the ski lodge you may indulge in homemade apple strudel and our popular hot “Hunters’ Tea”. You may also enjoy the breath-taking panoramic views of the South Tyrolean Mountains, because all apartments at the farm Niedereggerhof on Plan de Corones offer a unique vista.
