Prices and discounts

WINTER: The prices apply for a minimum stay of 5 nights per person and night with full occupancy.

SUMMER: The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per person and night with full occupancy.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning and any fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax. The remaining balance can also be paid by card upon payment.

Local tax:
As of 01.01.2022 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 1,75 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable only upon departure.

Separated will be charged: Farm products, bread service

Discounts for children

• Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
• Children up to 6 years 50% reduction for children.
• Children from 6 to 12 years 30% reduction for children.
• Toddler bed rent € 10,00 – high chair and child seats are available free of charge upon request.

Pets

For your pet you pay the charge of € 8,00 per day (food is not included).
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we are ready for you from 5.00 p.m.. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 4.00 p.m.. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10.a.m.. Other times are possible upon request.

Arrival in train: On request we offer you a free pick-up service from the train station Olang/Valdaora. Please, inform us on time of your arrival time.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

You may cancel your reservation until 2 months prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.

In case of a cancellation between 2 month before arrival and 1 month we will retain only the deposit

Cancellation until 21 days before arrival: 70% of the full price;

Cancellation less than 21 days before arrival: 100% of the full price.

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit.

However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here:
